Discount for children with two adults: 0-2 years free, 2-6 years -50%, 6-12 years -30%, 12-18 years – 20%, adults in extra bed -10%.
Single occupancy of double rooms on request.
The reservation is fixed after account received.
Check- in from 1 p.m., check- out until 10.00 a.m. For arrivals after 6.00 p.m. we kindly ask you to give us a call.
Cancellation conditions: Cancellation sounds unpleasant and it truly is - for you as well for us. We ask you to understand that we charge in case of cancellation as follows:
• until 30 days before your arrival: 0%
• 29 to 10 days before your arrival: 50%
• 9 to 2 days before your arrival: 100%
• in case of no arrival or early departure: 100%
Domestic animals: We do not accept domestic animals due to the respectfullness for fur allergic person.
Trip insurance
Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed in accordance with EU standards. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung's travel insurance.
